Guidance

• The Basic Test is $50.50. The Basic Test + Writing is $67.00. (The Writing test is optional. Students should check the list of colleges that require or recommend the Writing Test before registering. This information is available on the ACT website.)
• Registration flyers are available in the guidance office. The web address to register for ACT is: www.actstudent.org
• See the ACT website for important information on photo ID requirements and photo uploads.
• The ACT Test is given at Cecilia High School. Seating capacity is limited, so students need to register early in order to assure being assigned to their requested testing center.  ACT High School Code: 190-435            ACT Site Code: 202-390

• Visit www.act.org for free test prep. Here you will find a full-length practice test, get an overview of the ACT and what to expect on test day, and access general test-taking strategies. You will also be able to take official ACT practice tests in all 4 subject areas and know exactly what you missed and what you didn't with a score report. You can also access related resources to improve your skills based on what you missed, and retake the test as many times as you want.
